Maple Balsamic Marinade

 This marinade is perfect for chicken, pork chops and even baby back ribs. Use half  this recipe to marinade and the other half to baste the meat as it cooks to add a nice  sticky glaze. Ingredients:  2 Tbsp. Local Honey 2 Tbsp. LG Maple Dark Balsamic  2 Tbsp. Tomato paste or ketchup 1 tsp. Dressing: 3 Tbsp. LG Grilled Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar (or Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar) 1/4 cup tahini 2 Tbsp. LG Maple Dark Balsamic 4 Tbsp. Maple Balsamic and Bacon Vinaigrette

 Ingredients  4 tablespoons Liquid Gold Maple Balsamic Vinegar 2 Tablespoon Liquid Gold Red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon good quality Dijon style mustard 4 tablespoons Liquid Gold Ultra Premium extra virgin olive oil (your choice) 2 tablespoon finely minced shallots 1/2 teaspoon salt freshly ground black pepper to taste 4 slices center-cut bacon, cooked to a crisp and finely crumbled Baby spinach leaves, stems removed, washed Directions   Place spinach in a serving bowl. Grilled Sweet Potatoes with Maple Vinaigrette

  Smokey sweet potato rounds topped with a tangy maple vinaigrette. Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled 1/4 cup med robust Liquid Gold olive oil Salt Pepper For the vinaigrette: 1 clove garlic, minced 2 Tbsp creole mustard (or any spicy brown mustard) Dash of cinnamon   2 Tbsp Liquid Gold Maple Balsamic 2 Tbsp medium robust Liquid Gold olive oil Small handful of fresh parsley, chopped Instructions: 1.
