Kiwi & Mango Sparkling Water
Quench your thirst with this delicious shrub recipe. Ingredients: 2 Cups Mango Whole Fruit Balsamic (or your favorite White Balsamic) 1 Cup Kiwi, peeled and sliced 8 Cups Ice Cold Sparling Water Directions: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix all ingredients together. Let the flavours infuse for a few hours or drink right away. Happy Sipping!
Green Apple Balsamic Shrub
Ingredients 2 ounces vodka or gin (chilled) 1/2 ounce Green Apple White Balsamic (chilled) 3 ounces club soda or seltzer (chilled) Directions Fill a tall glass with ice. Add vodka, Green Apple White Balsamic, and soda. Stir gently to mix and serve immediately.

Ingredients: 5 fresh strawberries 2 shots of your favorite Rum 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice 1/4 shot of Liquid Gold Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic (or your favorite) 1/2 shot of simple syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) 12 fresh mint leaves Club soda or sparkling water to top up with Ice Directions: Muddle strawberries in the base of a cocktail shaker Add the rest of ingredients, shake with ice and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with mint leaves (optional)
Rhubarb-Ginger Shrub (Cocktail made with vinegar)
Ingredients For the ginger-rhubarb shrub: 2 pounds rhubarb, cut into 1/4" pieces (about 6 cups) 1 (3-inch) piece ginger, unpeeled, cut into 1/4" coins (about 1/4 cup) 3/4 cup LG Honey Ginger White Balsamic 1 1/4 cups sugar For each cocktail: 2 ounces gin 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice Club soda (for serving) Preparation For the ginger-rhubarb shrub: Combine rhubarb, ginger, vinegar, and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
