Pink Grapefruit Gin & Tonic
You could literally drink the Pink Grapefruit straight, but for the times you want to look a bit more classy, mix it up in your favorite cocktail.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Gin of choice
1 oz. LG Pink Grapefruit Rosé Balsamic
Tonic Water
Wedge of lime
Directions:
Fill a short glass with ice cubes. Pour the gin and Pink Grapefruit Balsamic and top with tonic water. Garnish with lime wedge.
Drink until you're heart is content --- But please drink responsibly!!

Lemongrass Mint Gin & Tonic
Ingredients:
2 oz
Blue Sapphire Gin
1 ½ oz
Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic
½ can
Tonic Water
1
Lime wedge
Directions:
Pour the gin and lemongrass mint white balsamic into a short glass over ice, followed by the tonic. If desired, squeeze the juice from one lime wedge into the gin & tonic.

Peach Blossom Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz
Blue Sapphire Gin
½ oz
Peach Balsamic
Cranberry Juice
Dash of Lime juice
Directions:
Mix gin, balsamic and lime juice in glass. Fill to taste with cranberry juice.
Enjoy!

Grapefruit Margarita
2 oz tequila
1 oz orange liquor (Grand Marnier, triple sec, cointreau)
3 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Liquid Gold Grapefruit Balsamic (Or your choice of White Balsamic)
Agave or simple syrup to taste
Salt for rim of glass (optional
Grapefruit slice (optional)
A splash of soda water
Rim a glass with salt
In a cocktail shaker combine all other ingredients over ice. Shake well.
Serve on the rocks with a slice of grapefruit and optional splash of Soda Stream Soda water.
