Feta-Stuffed Chicken Burgers

(serves 4) Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken breast 1 tbsp Liquid Gold Oregano White Balsamic 1 garlic clove, minced 7 tbsp crumbled feta cheese 4 hamburger buns Boston Lettuce - to top burgers 2/3 cup roasted red peppers 6 or so roughly chopped LG Sunbaked Olives (or try our Black Olive Tapenade)   Directions: Preheat grill or broiler. In a medium bowl, combine chicken oregano balsamic, garlic & feta. Divide mixture into 4 balls and press them gently into patties. Thai Basil Chicken

    Ingredients:   1 Chicken breast 5 Cloves garlic, minced 4 Thai chilies, minced 1 tbsp. Liquid Gold Robust EVOO for frying 1 tsp. LG Baklouti Green Chili Infused Olive Oil 1 tsp. Oyster sauce ½ tsp. Sugar   Soy sauce (a splash)   Thai basil leaves (handful)     Directions:      Cut the chicken into small bite sized pieces. Heat up a wok with 1 tbsp. of the EVOO & the Baklouti Green Chili Oil. Add the garlic and thai chilies, frying until fragrant (roughly 40 seonds). Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

       Ingredients:   1-2 Tbsp. Your Favorite Flavored Olive Oil (I’m using Wild Rosemary) 10 Cloves garlic, peeled 5-10 Chicken Thighs, bone-in 2 Onions, sliced 2 tsps. Paprika   Sea Salt & black Pepper     Directions: Place onion slices on the bottom of the slow cooker, then, in a large bowl, toss the chicken with the oil, salt, paprika, pepper and all of the garlic cloves.
