Butternut Squash & Apple Soup

    Ingredients:   1 Medium yellow onion, chopped 1 Celery rib, chopped 1 Carrot, chopped 2 Tbsp. Butter 1 Butternut squash, peeled and chopped, seeds discarded ½ cup Green Apple White Balsamic 3 cups Vegetable stock 1 cup Water   LG Butternut Squash Seed Oil for drizzling   Pinches of nutmeg, cinnamon, aleppo pepper, salt and pepper     Directions:   Heat a large pot on medium-high heat.
