Grilled Watermelon with Lemongrass Mint Balsamic

   Ingredients: 3 ½ inch thick watermelon  rounds, quartered 1 Tbsp. Liquid Gold Persian Lime Olive Oil 1 Tbsp. Citrus Mint White Balsamic   Sea Salt & Black Pepper 4 ounces Thinly sliced Prosciutto 4 ounces Blue Cheese, crumbled (or feta or goat cheese)    Directions: Preheat grill to 350° to 400° (medium-high) heat. Brush both sides of each watermelon quarter with olive oil, and season with desired amount of salt and pepper. Cut prosciutto into thin strips. Roasted Cabbage with Honey Ginger Balsamic

   Ingredients: 1 3lb Red cabbage 2 Tbsps. Liquid Gold Medium Intense Extra Virgin Olive Oil (your choice) 2-3 Tbsps. Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar   Sea Salt & Black Pepper    Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut cabbage into 12 wedges; remove thick core and discard. Pull wedges apart; toss on a large rimmed baking sheet with oil, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cover sheet tightly with foil. Bake until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 20 minutes. Ingredients 1 pound lean bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces 1/2 red onion, chopped 1 Tbs minced garlic 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup brewed coffee 4 Tbs Liquid Gold Maple Balsamic 1 Tbs grainy mustard or dijon mustard 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Instructions In a large skillet, brown bacon.  When bacon is done and not to crisp transfer to a paper towel lined dish with a slotted spoon.  Remove the bacon from the paper towel and place on another clean paper towel to absorb more bacon grease.    Ingredients: 2 cups Packed whole Arugula leaves + 1/2 cup chopped leaves 1/2 cup Freshly packed parsley leaves 3 tbsps. Finely chopped lemon peel (Lemon zest) 4 Garlic cloves, minced 6 Tbsps. Milanese Gremolata Infused Olive Oil 7-8 cups Vegetable or chicken stock; more as needed 1/2 cup Leeks, minced 1/2 cup Dry white wine 1/2 cup Freshly grated Parmesan 2 cups Arborio Rice  Sea Salt & Pepper to taste     Directions: Combine 2 cups whole arugula leaves, parsley and garlic in processor.
