Cucumber Salad with Italian Plum Balsamic

  This is a great appetizer or side dish that you can customize to taste. If you're feeling adventurous dice up some jalapenos to add some heat. Ingredients: 4 cups cucumber, thinly sliced 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 1/4 cup red pepper, diced 1/4 cup Italian Plum Balsamic 1 tsp. Toasted Sesame Oil 1/4 tsp. Red chili flakes 1 tsp.
