Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

  

    Ingredients:

 

1-2 Tbsp.

Your Favorite Flavored Olive Oil (I’m using Wild Rosemary)

10

Cloves garlic, peeled

5-10

Chicken Thighs, bone-in

2

Onions, sliced

2 tsps.

Paprika

 

Sea Salt & black Pepper

    Directions:

  1. Place onion slices on the bottom of the slow cooker, then, in a large bowl, toss the chicken with the oil, salt, paprika, pepper and all of the garlic cloves.
  2. Put all of this into the slow cooker on top of the onion, and do not add water.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 4-6).

     Feel free to switch out the paprika with your favorite spice.
