Sweet Potato Chips with Chipotle Oil

Highly addicting!

Ingredients: 

 

2 Large

Sweet Potatoes cut into long chunks

2 tbsps.

Chipotle Fused Olive Oil

1 tsp.

Dried Rosemary

½

Lemon, juiced

 

Black pepper & Sea salt to taste

Directions:

In a bowl toss Sweet potato chunks with olive oil, rosemary, lemon juice, sea salt & pepper. Place on a baking tray. Set aside for a half an hour to marinade.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Bake potato chunks for 20-25 minutes. Until slightly browned.

Serve with dip of choice.
