Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon over Greens

1 Tbsp. brown sugar

1 Tbsp. butter

1 Tsp. honey

1 Tbsp. Liquid Gold Garlic Infuse Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

½ tsp. ¾ tsp. salt

¼ tsp. black pepper

1 Tbsp. grated ginger

1 salmon fillet (approximately 1 ½ to 2 lbs.)

In a small saucepan over medium heat , cook and stir butter, brown sugar and honey until melted. Remove from heat and whisk in oil, mustard, soy sauce, salt, pepper and ginger.   Place salmon on greased foil lined cookie sheet. Brush with half of the glaze. Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze and broil salmon until fish flakes easily and glaze has caramelized.

Serve hot over salad of mixed greens, caramelized almonds, small chunks of goat cheese or Brie and chopped green onion. Dress with the following salad dressing (there may be a little dressing left over).

2 Tbsp. Liquid Gold Honey Ginger White Balsamic

2 Tbsp. maple syrup

1 clove of garlic, minced

Salt and Pepper to taste

Dollop of Dijon mustard

Whisk together and add 3-4 Tbsp. of Liquid Gold Garlic Infused Olive Oil
